The staff here are super friendly, except for the manager. the room is spotless - like, seriously clean. And the bed is just perfect for a good night's sleep. 🌟

Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. Large breakfast with lots of delicious food. Nice and very welcoming hotel employees all round. Location near the best beach, Ao Tonsai pier with the lively nightlife and shoppingstreet and the ferry in the bay.

Enjoyed how brilliant the property was and its accommodating staff except from the manager. As for me, the location was amazing, not far from the hotel's second restaurant, the beach and Ao Tonsai pier with the lively nightlife.

Welcoming spot to explore the area with friendly staff, although the manager could be more pleasant. Spacious rooms equipped with a fridge, kettle, and other essentials. No complaints whatsoever. 🌴

Wonderful Beachfront Paradise

During our stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa-Sha Extra Plus, we were blown away by the stunning beachfront location. Being able to wake up every morning to the crystal-clear waters of the Andaman Sea right at our doorstep was absolutely amazing. The resort's infrastructure was also top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, although we found the bathroom in need of some updating and thorough cleaning. However, this didn't hinder our enjoyment of the resort as a whole.

The location was stunning and near restaurants and bars, while the staff was friendly in all situations.

The beach is beautiful and great for snorkeling, with clear waters and plenty of fish to see. The rooms are spacious with balconies and some have a connecting door. The view from the room is impressive. Free use of kayaks and sun loungers. Good location for exploring nearby resorts.

It was all superb.

The breakfast offered a variety of options with daily changes. The beach had soft sand, clear water, and friendly fish. The room, though not new, was spacious. The free longtail boat transfer ran three times a day. The beachside dinner tables and shaded area were enjoyable. Sunbeds were available for rent.

The complimentary kayaks and free sun loungers were a great touch. the location on the beach was stunning and perfect for a romantic escape. the crystal-clear waters made it easy to enjoy the many fish.

The breakfast was lacking compared to others in the same price range and the shower temperature was inconsistent.

Value for money was excellent, with a spacious room and comfy bed. The location was unbeatable, right next to the best beach in Phi Phi. The staff was incredibly friendly and available 24/7, making us feel truly taken care of. We especially loved the special birthday surprises they prepared for my boyfriend. Thank you again!
